Jane McDonald was speechless after visiting Elvis Presley’s Graceland and revealed that it did not meet her expectations. Jane McDonald took her audience on a second Mississippi cruise and was blown away by the cultural heritage the state has to offer. She was also given a tour of Elvis Presley’s home, Graceland, and was thrilled to see how the legendary singer lived. During the tour, she revealed that it fell short of her expectations and that she had anticipated more glitz.
Outside the residence of the rock and roll legend, she exclaimed, “I’m so thrilled!” I am at Graceland, Elvis Presley’s home. She revealed while holding a go-pro, “This is a rare opportunity for you and I, as cameras are no longer permitted in here, and I’m the only one allowed to film inside.” Come on, let’s go! “I’m going to take you with me on my camera on a stick, and we’re going to have an incredible time seeing Graceland.”
As she entered the extravagant-appearing home, she was greeted by an impressive staircase and a large chandelier in the main foyer. As images of the famous home were shown to the audience, Jane remarked, “Oh, look at this with mirrors, that’s a bit odd. I like that. “That is brilliant, would you agree? I am somewhat of a fan! It is even cooler than I anticipated; I did not anticipate this; I adore it! I could move in now; it’s completely to my liking!”
Jane was astounded by the size of the garden and joked that she would like to know who mowed the lawn. She quickly moved toward the meditation gardens where Elvis Presley’s grave was located and explained, “These are the meditation gardens. “I expected Graceland to be extravagant and over-the-top, but it was actually a regular house!”
At the conclusion of her Mississippi cruise, she made one final stop to pay her respects to the legendary singer. “I can’t leave until I’ve tried Elvis’ favorite butty. Oh, so this is the renowned peanut butter and banana sandwich that was one of Elvis Presley’s favorite sandwiches. “You can’t visit Graceland and not have this,” she said as she took a bite of the dessert, but she was unimpressed.
“That’s a bit claggy, as they say in Yorkshire. It adheres to the roof of your mouth and is a once-in-a-lifetime treat, but onion rings are superior.” Graceland’s tour includes his mansion, gold records, jeweled jumpsuits, classic automobiles, and interactive exhibits. This year, Graceland is commemorating the 45th anniversary of Elvis’ death by hosting a yearlong celebration of the king’s life and legacy.
